Nice to meet you! I've been with an independent agency since 2005, using EZLynx every step of the way. I've worked in Service and Renewals for both personal and commercial lines, and served as Director of Operations for three years. Through Small But Mighty Solutions, I work directly with agencies that haven't had time to focus on operations; helping put practical systems in place that keep staff happy, reduce friction, and make day-to-day work easier.

1-hour discovery call where we'll walk through all your processes from lead intake through renewal.
Operational Assessment with actionable recommendations and EZLynx resources (PDF copy for you to keep and reference).
1-hour review session where we'll go over the Operational Assessment together so you have a clear plan and prioritized next steps.
Investment: $500
I will make sure you have plenty of resources to get you started, but if you would like to continue working with me under an Advisory Retainer, I will credit $250 towards the work we do together.

Weekly 1-hour meetings to be used for assessment or training.
Priority scheduling link.
Guidance and support updating existing processes, documentation, and system set-up.
Help troubleshooting challenges as they arise.

Advisory Retainers start at $500/month with a minimum 3-month commitment

20 hours/month of dedicated support, whether it's through additional meetings or work I do on my end to formalize documents, processes, etc.
Weekly 1-hour strategy meetings where we'll discuss what's been done, what needs to be done, and how to do it.
Priority scheduling link and accountability so things move from conversation to implementation.

3-Month Partnership - $2,500/month
6-Month Partnership - $2,000/month
